MyEntry is a free app which lets you create and manage your own dictionary entries.

For each key of a entry, you may have multiple associated values. This functionality can be used in variety of ways, including keeping track of vocabularies to remember in your own set of descriptions, managing shopping or todo lists in simple and organized way, etc.
